My daughter's response is that you are wimp, go for it. . A good
Edward's (and there are others that are similar,) are worth the
effort. You have to try a good southern salt cured ham. It is very
different from the blah run of the mill store bought ham. It is kind
of the difference between pot roast and roast beef!
