Arthur, using the surname BROWN married Pattie Chappell on Aug 14, 1904 in
Halifax Co., Va.

Arthur and Pattie used the surname IRBY.
The mother of Arthur was Sallie Brown.
Siblings of Arthur were:

Beatrice

Apparently, Arthur deserted Pattie and kids, and went to West Virginia.
