This little disagreement tickled me because I remember reading a short,
memorable, materpiece of hilarity by F. Scott Fitzgerald called: "A Diamond
as Big as the Ritz."  Many MANY of the details in the story were
transparently false for farce's sake.
One wild assertion was that the protagonist was a "descendant of George
Washington."  <G>

   While there ARE many Washington descendants from George's
brother....George was the FATHER OF HIS COUNTRY, but that was the only
"child" he ever had, and that one took a Revolution to bring into the world.

Too bad, too.
