Rosa Forrester (Clerk at Richmond County Circuit Court) "just can't think
of the name of the pole with three prongs" that I used to use to bring down
the Woodruff boxes that were esconced on high. Before LOV absconded with
them, I used to use this t"tool" to retrieve the Woodruff boxes containing
chancery suit cases. I told my wife that if I suddenly slumped over at the
dinner table, that she should remember to tell them at the ER that I might
have been hit on the head by a Woodruff box which caused a slowly enlarging
subdural hematoma. It never happened. This bit of Americana
Rosa suggested that I contact either Ron Smith or Dick Harrington at LOV
to avoid having her call me at 2 AM when she suddenly remembered the name.
Hope you can help. William M.McCarty, MD
