Can someone suggest how I might find information on the General Assembly in the Reconstruction period? I'm particularly interested in a delegate from Cumberland County and what he might have worked on.

When I put "Virginia General Assembly history" into the Virginia Library search form, I got over 235,000 possibilities.

Can someone tell me what to use to narrow the search down?

Thank you.

Sally Phillips
