Check the county website and local gen./hist. societies to see what they offer before you send money to the pay for genealogy sites, many, if not most, of which are shot through with errors.

  I want to search the 1910,1920 & 1930 Census. I will probably have to
  subscribe to a "Search engine",like Ancestry.com or Heritage-Quest, is this
  my only option ? I will be searching in Phoebus and Norfolk County.
