Tim,  Here is the link. Click on the map and you'll have the option to 
download  it.  It comes in JPEG2000 compression, but I have been able to open it 
 with Photoshop elements and convert into regular JPEG file.  It's also  
(and easier) to just use the zoom viewer online to read  details.
