Clay,
I have tithable lists from Lancaster Co. (can't check them right now to
confirm the date but I believe they're from the 1760's era) with individuals
slaves listed by name,  and divided into different age categories (and tax
rates) .

  Of all the titheable lists I have seen I don't remember ever seeing one
that
  listed names of the titheables, so there is no way of knowing if she was
  included or not. I do believe at some point a law was pasted with poll
taxes on
  everyone. Perhaps Paul Drake knows the answer as he has answered many
questions
  about titheables on this list.
