Hello all.

I have a question....my maternal g+ grandfather was an Overseer at Turkey
Island "on the land of Thomas Dickerson".  Then I read where my paternal g+
grandfather Henry Watkins owned land in the Turkey Island Creek area.

Are these areas on and the same?  Reason is that my maternal g+ grandfather,
William Hastings, is shown living in Nottaway at the time.

I'm confused... :-)
