I received several Emails and FYI here is the answer. Thanks to everyone for
your help. Obediah Henry Trent in Franklin Co., VA in the 1780’s

Sp. Bl. = Special Bail
Sp. Impl. = Special Imparlance [A delay or postponement. Usually seen in the
sense of a postponement granted to a defendant to provide time to answer a
suit or plea by the plaintiff.]
Sp. Jn. = could it be Sp. Jr.? = if so, perhaps Special Jury? [could be
Sp.Jr., I have only seen the transcribed copy & not the original handwritten
document]
