Book 1721-23, Page 25, 31 and 42.  Account of Estate among items paid Anne Reade for keeping William Reade seven months.  September 16, 1724.  Book 1704-30, page 19. (Wills & Administrations of Elizabeth City County, Virginia 1688-1800)

Thomas Reade, Planter.  Leg. son John; son Thomas; son William; beloved wife; daughter Hannah. Sons Thomas and William to be placed under care of their uncle William Allen. Exs. Wife and John Reade. D. October 18, 1721. R. December 20, 1721. Wit: Thomas Curle, Judity Predy, John Mason. will presented by Anne Reade. Security William Allen and John Cook.
