Would someone with access to the 1860 census for Washington State
please look up Carlos and Maria L. (McCarty) Cox to see if they were
in Bellingham, WA, at that time? He would have been about 55 and she
about 45; they had 10 children. I'm not an ancestry.com subscriber,
and the National Archives branch is open only when I'm at work.
