Veterans Hospital records by contacting the hospital nearest where they
lived - even in retirement. I've heard that service/next of kin/dates of
birth, mar. and possibly death are in these records. I know someone who has
been successful in accessing these records but it takes time, patience and
most of all diplomacy/plenty of thanks you's/writing of letters and asking
the proper questions while doing so. Barb
