County VA

Check the online Amelia tax lists (land and personal).

http://www.binnsgenealogy.com/VirginiaTaxListCensuses/Amelia/

I briefly looked and it gives the districts.

John Archer Sr., John Archer Jr., Peterfield Archer, Richard
Archer, William Archer, and Branch Archer are listed in the 1800
lists. They all appear to be in George Baldwin's district.
