I would be more than happy to send the information I compiled on the various
families I worked on from Albemarle County. I have transcribed about 15
letters from the Nimmo family that was there in the 1790s. These letters were in the
William Terrell Lewis papers. I also did a study of the Harper family, the
Whites, the Gaines and Taliaferro family. What I have compiled is from various
published sources and was/is the research I did for my article published in
1999 in The National Genealogical Society Quarterly. This files are all several
pages long. I have also been transcribing Lewis letters from WTL's papers found
at the Alabama Archives. I cannot however manage the project. Margaret
