Hi, Dallin,

Our agency, Northumberland Dept. of Social Services, uses Laserfiche which we purchased through Unity Business Systems.

We use it for case management.  We are almost paperless as far as case files are concerned.  We have been using it for about a year.  Works great for us!

I am sure you would be using it for a different purpose.  Unity has customized the program to fit our needs and we have found them to listen very carefully to our needs and then 'tweek' the system to work for us.  The system is very 'user friendly'---everyone has access and can find documents very quickly.
