I had occasion to use laserfiche in a previous job. It works very well and takes up significantly less space than paper. Shredding it, however, became an issue. Make sure you have a strong shredder or a contract firm that can handle its destruction.

Good morning!

Our town is currently looking at Laserfiche as an option for our records management. If your organization is already using Laserfiche, could you please respond with a short comment about how well it works for you, what you like most/least, what other uses you've found for Laserfiche in your organization, and whether you'd recommend the program?

Thank you,
