Good afternoon,
When we receive a FOIA request in the Commissioner of the Revenue's Office we ask for ask for an address where we can mail or email the request to and a name to send the request to.
We do not charge for any FOIA request. We do advise the person requesting the FOIA that it will take within 24 hours to deliver.

Good Morning
I am sure that this topic has been discussed before but I am going to throw it out there again.  would it be possible for those willing to share their FOIA policies and procedures my way?  We are meeting to discuss a revision to include calculation of fees.  I already have the standard information from code and FOIA Advisory Council.
Thank you for your assistance with this.  I have a short timeline (that's how it always seems to go)
