Greeting Everyone!

     The General Retention and Disposition schedule for Local Treasurer Offices (GS-28) has been completely revised and updated. A special thank you to all of the Treasurer offices and their staff for their participation, guidance, and insights throughout this endeavor.

    This update includes the consolidation of many retention series. Therefore, schedule users are encouraged to utilize the searchable database for locating retention series. The database can be accessed via this link: http://www.lva.virginia.gov/agencies/records/sched_local/search.asp
