Hi,

This is the final call for readers for the new records retention schedule for state law enforcement agencies and state agencies with law enforcement branches.

This schedule will apply to the following:

State Police
Dept. of Game and Inland Fisheries
Dept. of Conservation and Recreation
Dept. of Criminal Justice Services
Marine Resources Commission
Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control
Capitol Police
College and University Police Depts.

For those agencies that currently use GS-108 - GS-108 Section II. Dedicated Agency Police or Security Forces will be eliminated with the approval of this new schedule.

If you are interested in reading the draft, please email me off-list.  The deadline for comments is this Friday, October 4th.
