These are state designations? Is either beneficial to have if a person
has RHIA credentials?

        It is the Certified Archivist exam. For records managers there
is the Certified Records Manager designation. Bob

                A quick note for anyone writing the CA exam this year -
four persons, so far,  are signing up for Richmond - so a fifth is
