001762 "Criminal History Records"

001763 "Volunteer Records"

 

Six existing series have been made defunct. In place of these series,
please use the series indicated below.

 

010223 "Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Records and Reports" -
Refer to 010226 and 010227, "Discrimination Complaints."

010234 "Employee Personnel Files: Supervisor's Copy" - This is a
non-record

010241 "Leave Records" - Refer to General Records Retention and
Disposition Schedule No. 02, Fiscal Records

010242 "License Records" - Refer to 10225, "Certification/Qualification
Records."

010254 "Volunteer Records: Recruitment and Selection" - Refer to 001763
"Volunteer Records"

011150 "Volunteer Records: Work History" - Refer to 001763 "Volunteer
Records"
