Happy New Year everyone.

I have a question about the permanent retention/capture of data from jurisdictions' dashboards (aggregates and displays metrics and key indicators to be examined by all possible audiences).

Some of the information posted to the City of Alexandria's dashboard reflects information that has been created by other jurisdictions, etc., but much of the time the dashboard reflects studies and corresponding data created by City departments that's worthy of permanent retention (assuming there are no other places the data have been retained).

I'd love to see what approaches other Virginia jurisdictions have taken with respect to managing these dashboards. For example, are certain items from the dashboard being saved electronically, printed on paper, etc.?

Thank you,

Jackie Cohan
