Good morning, Records Officers.  Our IT staff has notified us that the Library of Virginia's SQL servers will be taken offline at 5pm today, Thursday August 10th, for scheduled maintenance.  The RM3 form makes use of our SQL servers, so the form will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

We anticipate the form to be back online and available in a few hours, and certainly by Friday morning.  Given that the downtime should lie outside of typical work hours, hopefully the disruption will be minimal, but we wanted to take the opportunity to give notice.

Unless you hear otherwise from us, the form will be back and functioning before 7am on Friday, August 11th.
