Hello everyone,

I conduct a quarterly records management training class for Virginia Beach city staff members. Part of my training presentation includes viewing the video For The Record, by Commonwealth Films. While the content is good and the message remains the same (retrieval, retention, reduction and recovery), the video itself is quite outdated as it was produced in 1995. It's one of the biggest complaints I get from attendees - that I need a new video.

I've exhausted my means of searching the Internet for something newer to share with attendees and thought I would turn to my colleagues. Does anyone out there, with a formal training program, utilize a video or other audio/visual aids, and if so, can you point me in the right direction?

Thank you for your time and assistance.
