Hello all — 

Below is the link to a Google form where I am hoping you will be willing to share the name and contact information for the FOIA officer being designated for your workplace pursuant to HB818 <http://lis.virginia.gov/cgi-bin/legp604.exe?161+ful+CHAP0748>.  I would like to compile the contact information to stay in touch with officers to offer training and to offer availability for questions that may arise day to day. I would also like to share this contact list with the FOIA officers so they can contact one another and so they can keep their own contact information updated.

If you cannot or do not need to fill out the form, please forward it as needed.
