Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) invites applications for the position of Records Manager.   Click on the link below to apply.
ODEC is a wholesale power supplier to 11 locally owned and controlled electric distribution cooperatives. For over 60 years, ODEC and our members have made a direct connection providing for our customers' needs in the communities where they live and work.

Manage ODEC's records management program to ensure that corporate records are properly maintained and protected in order to meet statutory, regulatory, financial, operational, historical and contractual obligations.  Promote development of corporate-wide practices to ensure consistency of recordkeeping and compliance with litigation holds.

Four year college degree in Archives and Records Administration, Library and Information Science, History or other records and information-related fields.  CRM or CRA certification is preferred.  Five plus years of experience in one or more of the following:  records management, ECMS administration, legal department with records management oversight, or as a corporate librarian.  Three plus years of experience with an ECMS, such as Open Text's Content Server, is preferred.
