When transferring permanent microform to Imaging Services, you will now
use the Archival Microform Transfer List and Receipt (ARC-3 Form). You
can find this form along with instructions at
http://www.lva.virginia.gov/agencies/records/forms.asp. 

 

Non-permanent microform will continue to be transferred to the State
Records Center through Infolinx.
