Hi all,

Both locality GS-03 and state agency GS-103 retention schedules for personnel records are in need of an update.  We would like to gather a focus group to review and revise them.  This process could take up to several months, and it may be conducted through both in-person meetings and conference calls.

If you use either of these two schedules and would be interested in volunteering to serve on this focus group, please respond off-list by Friday March 14. If you work for a local government and would like to participate, please contact Glenn Smith at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> .  If you work for a state agency and would like to participate, please contact Paige Neal at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> .

Likewise, please contact us off-list if you have any questions regarding the review process.  Thank you for your consideration of assisting with this effort.  The schedules are only as good as the input we get from the people who use them!
