MessageHi Mr. Henson,

I'm the Record Manager for Montgomery County Schools in Montgomery Co. Virginia.  I would like to know if 504 records have the same retention and disposition conditions as special Education records. If this is not in your area of expertise, would you direct me to someone that may could help me.  Also, do you know if electronic signatures are reconized in Virginia. Thanks for your help.
