This record would break down into two series, both covered in GS-17.

Any record kept for evidence will fall under "Recordings, Surveillance
or Monitoring: Retained as Evidence," 100797, and would be transferred
to an appropriate case file.

All other records in this system would fall under "Recordings,
Surveillance or Monitoring: Not Used as Evidence," 100796.

Subject: ALPR Records Retention Policy

I am trying to locate the policy and/or guidelines for Records retention
for an Automated License Plate Reader? Has anyone else had any
experience with this matter?

Thank you,
