I wasn't meaning to be nasty about it.
It was a suggestion (meant to be perceived as a good idea :-) ) since
some folks seem to be annoyed with the e-mails coming through.
No offense (or nastiness) meant, whatsoever.

Now that is a good idea Ms. Travis. You don't have to be nasty about
it. I was just wondering what was going on.

I think it would also help if we include our e-mail address when we send
something to the list serve, so that if anyone wants to reply just to
that one person, they can type the name of the person in rather than
hitting reply to the list serve.

I believe whenever someone tries to reply to the sender it automatically
does reply all. I think what everyone needs to do is send a new email
to the Library of VA with their questions, not reply to announcements.

I don't know why the emails keep coming to me I'm not with the Library
of VA.

Importance: Low
This is what I posted on the site today. Can you help?
I am trying to understand the records retention policy for our benefit
records
(SNAP, Medicaid, TANF). How long do we actually keep the record for?
It
states on GS 15 "Retain 3 years after case closure then destroy in
complaince
with No. 8 on the schedule cover page." Can someone shed some light on
this
subject? Thanks.
