I have searched the General Schedules and the Code of Virginia, but
cannot find any reference to retention of the following records:

*         Applications/authorizations for automatic payment from a
credit card

*         Applications/authorizations for automatic payment from a bank
account

We are particularly interested in retention of these types of records
where customers have discontinued authorization for payment from a
particular card or bank account.

Does anyone have any suggestions or specific references?
