The Library of VA (VA Public Records Mgmt. Manual) states records should be
stored, whenever practical, in a secure area with controlled and documented
access for personnel. Doesn't say anything about what should be posted on
the door. Our records rooms are kept locked at all times and only certain
employees have access.
