  Guidance please:

Can anyone point me to reaction (positive or negative) about the
identification of the 1617 James River chartmaker as Daniel Elfrith - a
proposal put forward in "The Vingboons Chart of the James River, Circa
1617." William and Mary Quarterly, vol 54 (1997): 357-74?
I've come across a lot of material on this, but much of it seems
conflicting and is unsourced. Any guidance to recent work on the subject
would be much aprpeciated. Many thanks.
