Just to add another note to this train--I wanted to order some microfilm
through ILL and my library said we do not do films. As the discussion
continued, as you can imagine, it came out they did not understand that this
was not a move film.  I still had to get the boss involved as this order had
the magic word film in the title and she had to provide the appropriate
direction.
