The Library of Virginia will open at 11:00 a.m., two hours late, on
Saturday, 14 November 2009, because streets will be closed early in the
morning in the immediate vicinity of the library for the Richmond
marathon.
 
The Library of  Virginia and all other state offices will be closed for
the Thanksgiving holiday from noon on Wednesday, 25 November 2009, until
Monday, 30 November 2009.
