The Delegate's name was Frank D. Hargrove, a Republican from Hanover County. While the country celebrated MLK Day, he made the remark that they should "get over it" and implied the Jews killed Jesus. I believe the radio news reported his name incorrectly, because I didn't recognize the name when I heard it. In print, it was correct.
