Henry,
From their letters (Paul Smith's edition passim) it is clear that members
of the northern and middle-colony delegations to the First Continental
Congress were curious about and greatly impressed with the Virginia
delegates. So I was just wondering whether any of Virginia's seven members
of the First Continental Congress might have traveled enough - previous to
Sept 1774 - to have already any of their colleagues. (VA had not been able
to send anyone to the Stamp Act Congress in 1766.)
As to their routes, we have a pretty thorough account of the route taken
by Pendleton, Washington, and Henry - who rode together to the First
Continental Congress together:
Starting at Mount Vernon on August 31, 1774
  ferry to Prince Georges
  Upper Marlborough
  Annapolis
  Rock Hall, Maryland
  New Town on Chester
  New Castle on the Delaware
  Wilmington
  Chester, PA
then across the Schuylkill to Philadelphia,
arriving on September 4th. Congress convened the next day.
Their trip is nicely narrated, among other places, in David Mays's
deservedly prize-winning biography of Pendleton - my source for the places
listed above . . . .

Randolph, Lee, Bland, and Harrison had arrived by September 2d, but I
haven't looked into what route(s) they may have taken.
