Rebecca and James McMurry in Jefferson, Callender and the Sally Story comment that the October 1802 "Cato" letters were probably written by Thomas Jefferson. Typescripts of the Cato letters, other relevant pieces, and a summary argument can be found in their publication on pages 59 through 77. Has anyone addressed this issue?
