There are links to scanned documents at <http://panam1901.org/documents/original_sources.html>. The creator of that website would probably be a good person to ask about picture sources.

The imagery of the 1901 Buffalo fair is pretty similar to that of the 1907 Jamestown Exposition. Fortunately the visit of the President to the Virginia fair went much better.
