Va-Hist and Va-Roots Subscribers:

Some subscribers to Va-Hist inform us that they are still not receiving
some or all of the posted messages, including messages that they posted.
I suggest that it may be prudent to click into the Web site and check
whether any of the late annoying disruptions have changed your
subscription settings (it is possible to set your subscription so as not
to receive your own messages).
