Lyle,

I do think the number ARE significant. Based on my personal experience, the 
number of black who are racists are minimal, and the number of whites who 
are still, even in the 21st century, racists is rather much larger. Your 
experience, I will certainly agree, may vary from mine.

It's like temperature - it's all in the degrees!
