Thank you. I have ordered the volumes recommended by John Kukla through an inter library loan. I hope they shed a 
"story" light on how this requirement came about for purposes of watching how the upcoming Assembly deals with the 
revenue shortfalls that are now forecast several years out. I am interested in watching our culture change from a 
minus savings one to a plus savings and the implication that we may be at the end of the "consumer driven economy".
