If the sources specifically mention Mount Airy in Prince George County, I
would suggest it is the Calvert family estate of that name near Upper
Marlboro in Prince George's County, Maryland.

Several sources say Nathaniel Harrison, who died in 1782, was of Mt. Airy
in Prince George, County. Does anyone know where Mt. Airy was located?
