The squares are about 30x30 I guess (just from memory), and most are dedicated to a family. Many however seem to have multiple unrelated families in them, probably because the family just decided not to buy a full square.

The cemetery office has the ownership records.

Well, you know how it is, new information leads to new questions, so -

1st -
I have never been to this cemetery & have no clue how big the ³squares² are,
referenced in the database. Are the ³square¹s² usually dedicated family
plots -or- are they liable to have unrelated people buried in the same
"square"?

IOW, can one assume that a group of people buried in the same ward & same
square are related somehow or other??

2nd -
Are there any extant records of ownership of the burial plots?

Thanks!
