Regarding the availability of those deeds of Henrico,
perhaps if you furnished your reference librarian the
URL and all pertinent data, they might have more
success?

Here is the URL and it does indeed show that these
records are available on m/f by interlibrary loan
(ILL)...

On that same page is a link "CONTACT US" and if you
select that link, you will find phone numbers for
appropriate sections of the library; perhaps a simple
phone call will suffice?
