Assuming that the Wilson Duncan living next to Joseph on the 1870 is his
brother, then it is probably Joseph that is listed with Wilson 26 and
Sarah 35 Duncan as Josiah 23.

The 9 year gap between children 1853-1861 likely indicates a second
marriage.
