According to my handy dandy guide, Virginia in 1760: A Reconstructed Census,
these particular records are available at the Library of Virginia on
microfilm.  I have ordered Virginia county microfilm records through the LDS
Family History Centers.  The specific reel numbers for these records are:
Norfolk County, Order Book 1759-1763, LVA reel 43; Prince William County, Order
Book 1759-1761, LVA Reel 25a.
