These two items appear in an inventory of my ancestor's property (Orange Co. 1736):

To four acres of tendable Land Inclosd with two thousand fonie loggs
To one Set of Jrou Wedges

I'm uncertain as to the reading of the word "fonie" in the first item, and the word "Jrou" in the second item. The word transcribed "fonie" above could also be "foine" or even (less likely) "fowe." The word "foure" would have been a logical choice, but there is no "r" in this word like any other "r" in the document.

The word transcribed "Jrou" above could also be "Jron" or even (less likely) "Jrow."

Any suggestions as to what these two words are?

Thanks!

Scott
